1. The parking allocation for this development is totally inadequate. This street is extremely busy between 2:45-4:14pm due to parents picking up their children from Glen Waverley Primary School. The parking allocation for this development is 25 car spaces. As the allocation for this childcare centre is 99 children with operating hours 6:30am-6:30pm, all 25 car spaces will be taken up by staff with even more staff parking on the street. The 99 potential parents will also need to find car parks in the street. This makes it very dangerous for the school children as they leave Glen Waverley Primary School as cars parent cars will be unable to move through the streets due to the additional parked cars.

2. As a weekly user of Fairhill Parade/ Kennedy street I experience the congestion in this street from parents cars going to/from Glen Waverley Primary School at drop off and pick-up times. Cars parked on the road near the childcare centre will further restrict the movement of vehicles in this area.
