This development is too big, tall and an overdevelopment of the existing space. The underground excavations need to be thoroughly checked out with the very high risk of subsidence being taken into. The glass ceilings will make the area too light and affect all the neighbouring properties. The surrounding buildings will be adversely affected by this over development and risk of subsidence.
