Public domain works including new through-site links are also proposed. This is a State Significant Development application, delegated to the City of Sydney for assessment and the Central Sydney Planning Committee for determination. A concurrent application, D/2016/1509/A, is sought to amend the concept approval to align with the detailed design.

    80 storeys? You've got to be kidding.

    I agree with James. The scale of this development is obscene. There is no design excellence, just excess and sets a dangerous precedent for more. There is no justification for this height. Sydney does not need any more streets being turned into dark wind tunnels. It should only match current surrounding heights, no more. Where is the over riding vision for what is happening to this city?
