I object to the reduction (especially to zero??!!!) of their on-site car parking spaces. A restaurant would have workers who would be there for many hours at a time. They would have suppliers who would be there for short periods at a time, but many would be there every day. They would hope to have customers who would be there for several hours each time. If they get rid of their parking, all the above people would be parking using the street parking which is already horrendous if not for Covid-19.
