Hi,

I am a landlord for one of the Clemton Park Village units at 2 Mackinder Street.

My concern is traffic congestion in the Harp Street area due to these 32 additional units. Has any study been conducted on the impact of this on the existing owners / tenants at the Clemton Park Village units?

Also, these additional 32 units are likely to patronise the Coles at Clemton Park Village. Do Coles have the capacity to cater to the additional demand or are Clemton Park residents going to be left short?

Regards,
Pascal Xavier
