Section 4.55(2) modification application to amend Conditions 2A, 2B and 2C to permit extended trial operating hours on a permanent basis on Sundays and Mondays 7am to 10pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7am to 11pm, and Thursdays to Saturdays 7am to 12 midnight. Amend Condition 3 to permit the shared use of the external areas between tenancies G.07, G.08 and G.09. Delete Condition 9 requiring the provision of a receptacle for the disposal of cigarette butts. Amend Condition 11A to extend formal neighbourhood communication frequency to 12 months.
