A modified approval notice is sought to carry out the urgent replacement of the front window prior to work on the celler. The windows are in the dilappadated stage and need replacement in accoedance with the DA approval. The additional reports re required for the celler works will take amonths to arrange. No change to the project but an amended DA is required to proceed with the replacement of the window.
