PLEASE Bayside Council, just for once be on the residents side and block this outrageous building proposal. Why should the residents of this Street, and everyone else nearby, be made to suffer forever if these plans are approved! Greedy developers don’t ‘give a damn’ about the impact that this and any other similar proposals will have on the existing residents, the traffic and all other infrastructures that will be so badly affected by these plans!!

Please Bayside Council -how many more of these crap 'Boarding Houses' do we have to put up with. Inferior built modern day slums that only add to traffic congestion. Stop boarding houses now !!!

This is overdevelopment of an inappropriate site. The proposal is over height restrictions. Overshadowing of existing houses is extreme under the proposal. Short St is very narrow at Banksia Ave and the many cars associated with residents of the development will cause traffic issues especially on Short St and with cars exiting Bambinos childcare centre. Onsite parking doesn't meet requirements and on-street parking is already scarce in commuting period. There are limited nearby services, or non-train public transport. This proposal should not be supported by Bayside Council.
