Peter, 150-152 is the Bridge Road entrance to a major development that uses the car park at the rear and now adjoins the 195 Lennox Street. The site is only by the Poly Group, which is ultimately owned by the Chinese Government.

The local residents fought the first plans and the entire residential development was knocked back at VCAT. A great victory for heritage protected Richmond Hill.
