These pop up childcare centres seem to be appearing in many people's homes.... there is already limited parking /access on this street.... object to the development.

In a pocket of Sydney where we have grown so significantly, it is always important for infrastructure to grow with us. Seems like a fantastic location for a well designed facility to house our children. The government obviously allowed for such an expansion with the addition of several newly built schools, so this would appear suitably appropriate. Great location, near retirement village, shopping centre & the fringe of existing higher density residential. I think it’s a great location & would support the proposal.

The street is already limited to traffic and car spaces and is very narrow. Aeolus Avenue is used a lot as drivers avoid the main roads and this causes a backlog of traffic both in the morning and in the afternoon. A dangerous situation for parents and children to be near such a busy road. I object to this development.

This development application will cause extra congestion on an already congested street.

Aeolus Avenue in the peak weekday pm times can have traffic stretching from Wolger Road right down to North Road as people avoid Lane Cove Road and surrounds.

I live on Aeolus Avenue and pre COVID-19 found it difficult enough to access my driveway with the banked up traffic on my evening commute.

I object this application.

There is another one to be built on Quarry St. just less than 500 meters away, then this application as well? Understand the need for more childcare centres but the traffic and roads is not equipped for this.

I don’t think this will be a safe area for a Child Care Centre. This road is constantly used by drivers for short cuts and at times a lot of traffic is built up.

There is also a retirement village near by.

Priority should be given for the safety of the children and I can see this being a high risk.

I object to this application.
