Is there further information about the location of the building and the path of the creek that flows past/through the property? Currently it runs down St Marys Street and along St Judes Street. I live upstream and it is a creek that runs April through to October. It could have previously run through the land and attempts have been made to divert it in the past. I hope the creek will be preserved and is an important consideration to be given on Planning Alerts. Since there is church land upstream, currently undergoing subdivision this should be addressed. Perhaps a site survey by state heritage should be made since across the road is the heritage building Spargos Cottage which was once the centre of a council dispute. The heritage of the creek and township must be preserved.
