Development Application - 12, 12A, 14, 14B & 14C Mons Road, WESTMEAD NSW 2145 - Section 4.55(1A) modification of DA/3/2020 for demolition of car park, removal of trees and creation of a new access from Mons Road for the purposes of constructing a new car park on the eastern portion of the site. The proposed works are ancillary to Stage 3 under DA/487/2019. The modificaton is to amend the wording of Condition 79 which relates to creating easements, restrictions and positive covenants for the purpose of securing the overland flow paths.
