Hi there. I just purchased a villa one level at 124 Burton st Monterey.
I found out that there will be a multi level townhouses (5) going up behind my back fence the villa is about 3 metres from shared back fence. Also are they going to renew fence?
The address for this development is 14 Burlington st monteray.

I am very worried about this news as I am elderly and I’m so worried I will lose my northern sun. A specially in winter!

I love my gardens also. Please help and explain to me if the building will shadow the north sun
