This is a residential area, the trading hours need to respect this. Friday and Saturday nights maybe but the other nights definitely should not have extended trading hours.

On Friday and Saturday nights if extended, a requirement should be to only have an access point from Cumberland Street with the doors on Lower Fort Street closed.

The dugout should respect the heritage nature of the property and the overriding Heritage CMP.

The upper floors should. It be open during the later hours.

Thanks for the opportunity to comment. .
