The trial permits trade from 12 midnight to 3.00am the following day, Monday to Saturday. The hours of 9.00am to 12 midnight Monday to Saturday and 9.00am to 11.00pm on Sunday are already approved on a permanent basis. The premises has a capacity for 250 patrons. Continuation of the trial trading hours of the gaming room and adjoining sports bar and smokers terrace for a further 5 years is also sought. The trial permits trade 4.00am the following day, Sundays to Thursdays and to 6.00am the following day, Fridays and Saturdays, and the day before any public holiday. The hours of 9.00am to 12.00 midnight Monday to Saturday and 9.00am to 11.00pm Sunday are already approved on a permanent basis. Deletion of Condition 4 'Public Entertainment', and the removal of the requirement for an additional security person after 3.00am is also sought.
