It would be a shame for the historical character of this area to have another character home demolished and replaced by a new build. Homes in Goodwood should be protected from demolition to preserve the collective value arising from what remains of the original housing stock. One after the other, with each demolition and new build the character of the area is being eroded. Unley council, we implore you to retain such properties and protect them now and in the future.
