This is a massive project for the small area and will overshadow nearby residential buildings. I believe that the height above the present two stories should not be permitted.
Additional to this is the narrow access from Miles St and no stopping areas on a busy main Road at the frontage of the building development on O'Riordan Street. Thus exponentially increasing the traffic chaos and parking situation in an area that is normally already saturated.
