Would love a vibrant shopping and lifestyle area there. Coles, Aldi, Kmart, post, fitness, beauty, health stores, cafes, boutique stores, a hip restaurant/bar with live music, a kid friendly health cafe for mother’s groups. Aspendale Gardens is a black hole. Nothing to do here. Time for a change!

Yes can’t wait for a shopping centre including well over due large supermarket and post office after 28 years of living with limited services , we would
Love cafe restaurants any other small retail services would be amazing somewhere for locals and there are thousands people will enjoy the somewhere to meet and shop in our own local area!

We need another Woolworth's super market in this area like a hole in the head,
With Woolworth's taking over the mitre 10 site It would mean the closest Hardware store would be Keysbough or Mentone giving Bunnings a greater Monopoly in this area

A Hardware store is More important for our community than another Supermarket.
