Please keep me advised regarding the DA at 26 Edward St as I am extremely concerned about this matter

This development is a disaster.
Parking is already nightmarish and the volume of people that would be disgorged from these "micro-units" onto the street and local area would cheapen the feel of the entire area. Please let me know where and when i can protest this monstrosity.

These land grabs to make money should not be allowed. This DA should be refused on the grounds that Edward st is already at capacity. There is no further infrastructure and no chance of making any because it is already full up. The sardine tin is packed to the brim already.

A prejudiced, inconsiderate planning process that has not considered realistic resident and community outcomes for the Neighborhood. Only government and developers will benefit while residents suffer road congestion, noise pollution and possible safety issue with micro apartments let to backpackers who have no responsibility for the area.
