The Owners Corporation of Strata Plan 77663 object to the hours of the proposed change of use.
There is a walkway towards Wynyard beside our building with direct access to 30-34 Hickson Rd.
We are a residential building and having trainees arrive at 6am and leave at midnight is not acceptable.
We do not have any objection to a training facility but we would like the hours to be 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday.
