- In our proposal the works will involve removal of what appears to be newly installed non load bearing internal plaster walls, removal of timber looking floor tiles on the floor and replacing with an epoxy concrete, the intertenancy brick walls seem to have been covered with plasterboard over the years and we also would like to return these to their former glory by exposing the brickwork themselves similar to what the other tenants have done in the strip of shops in the same building. Proposed basic internal fitour for the purposes of a self serve laundromat which falls under the existing planning permit for use as "Shop"
