The indoor hours from 12.00pm-1.00am Mondays to Sundays inclusive are already approved on a permanent basis. The modification proposes the outdoor trial trading hours to be 12.00pm–11.00pm Monday to Sunday inclusive. The outdoor trading hours of 12.00pm–8.00pm Monday to Sunday inclusive are already approved on a permanent basis. Condition 13 shall be amended to allow ambient music to be played in the outdoor area. The premises have a capacity for 98 patrons and will not alter this.
