OK for rate revenue, but what is the council doing about the additional vehicular traffic these developments will bring with them?

Yes how true.
Have been a rate payer for nearly 50 years in Kingsdene and still don't have a footpath, no gas, poor mobile coverage and poor internet. Still waiting for the NBN so I expect not much hope of traffic improvement .
