Quite amazing & greatly worrying that these developments after approapapprovdeveloper applies for major density modifications. Many developers now hold off waiting a few years knowing that over a relatively short time their applications will allow for way more density, height & profit.
An example: 1 to 7 Bowns Road Kogarah. 2011, 3 storey approved, 2014 5 floors, 2019 7 floors. No start so they are probably waiting on 11 to 14 floors. This is right beside a single storey heritage house (number 9). What a travesty!

I wonder how liveable all theses places will be ?
And how ‘ walkable ‘ the streets !
I suspect pretty bad on all fronts .
