Where will the birds rest and nest when all the trees are gone
Why not”pave paradise and put up a parking lot”

Tim you made the same comment for the application at 23 Carlos Road Artarmon NSW 2064.
Consider the application on it merit - not just copy an paste your objection without consideration

Sensible consideration

The council should reject this application.
There is insufficient information presented in the public documents to be able to make a detailed submission.
No photographs, the diagram is unreadable, the trees listed in the application T1,T2, T3 don't correspond to the numbering on the diagram as trees 123 on the diagram are paperbarks.
There isn't any information on whether the trees will be replaced.

The property at 728 Pacific Highway is the Toyota Car Yard.
It is difficult to determine which trees are the subject of this application. However, there are very few trees remaining on the site following its rebuild and those that remain were retained intentionally in the original development application.
The trees at the rear form an important barrier between this extensive commercial establishment and high rise buildings and the residential areas below in West Chatswood.
