I live in Tudor Street Belmore and reject the plans to construct 12 townhouses with basement car park. This intersection is very congested with traffic 24/7. To add 12 dwellings on this corner will have a significant impact on the street. This intersection acts as a by-pass from Campsie to Ashfield. Thorncraft parade is the corridor for ambulance offices to navigate to Canterbury Hospital. Not only will these 12 new occupiers be congested in living in such small plots of land but they will congest our streets with cars when visitors visit. Prior to the demolition the block contained 3 low rise Californian bungalows.
