Need to know more about this proposal as it sounds like approval is saught to break up acreage lots into smaller which is not want residents of the area want. Please explain what the request for approval is actually for.

Request further information regarding the size of proposed lots of 1 into 3 lots at 26a.
The lots at 26a are currently 8 x 4,000 sqm .
We and many of the residents have previously had confirmed by council the minimum size of land in Forestdale is 4,000 and will not be reduced to high density residential.
