One of the dwellings on this block is of herritage status and is over 100 years old. Pre date water and electricity. The dwelings should be kept as part of Liverpool's pioneer herritage. To much history is being lost to greedy developers. It is a dangerous place as I have seen numerous cars ending up in that vacant block of land due to
car and truck accidents . And even one crashing through the front wall of 15 heathcote road I believe it is very dangerous . And a public liability my daughter is a child care worker and when i spoke to her about is she shook her head in disbelief as to how many kids would be put at risk with the centre being located so close to main roads. and are already extremely busy. They do not need more congestion. And a risk of a child running out infront of car truck or bus at drop of and pick up times.
The intermodule is not up and running yet. And when it starts it will be even more busier and dangerous to the youth.

I agree with the comments previously stated by Phil F.
It is such a shame that Liverpool has not retained as much of its heritage as Campbelltown and Camden have done. Progress is inevitable but not always a good thing for our towns and cities.
I grew up in Liverpool and go there 3 or 4 times a week as my mother still lives there. She has lived in Liverpool for more than 80 years so we have all seen many changes to the area. More so in the last 5 years. Some good and others not well planned at all.
I previously worked for many years at a business on Heathcote Rd.
When visiting my mother I travel from Narellan to Liverpool via Moorebank Avenue but never ant time in the morning or afternoon peak traffic times which now last for 4 hours. each. The traffic in this area (particularly at the Heathcotge Rd/Moorebank Ave intersection ) is far too congested for the local area to cope with. Particularly with the number of buses and large trucks using these roads at all times of the day. Also the design of the road where drivers come off the Liverpool bridge and veer right onto Moorebank Rd is dangerous. I have witnessed many drivers (both cars and trucks) speeding through this intersection to 'beat the lights'. I'm sure there must have been many accidents at this intersection over the years.
The road design, volume of traffic and proximity of the proposal to such a busy traffic area would be dangerous. Access entering and leaving the premises would be difficult.
Full consideration should be given to the fact that the proposed child care centre will accommodate many children during the day and have parents driving in and out of the property mostly in peak hour traffic times.
I hope Liverpool Council assesses all matters of comment when considering this development proposal.

As a previous tenant at this property and a current child care worker I can't ebelieve this is
even being considered .both heathcote road and moorebank Avenue is extremely busy both day and night and the risk of a truck or car crashing through the centre would be high as I have seen numerous car accidents and a car even drove through the fence while I was living at the property the risk of children escaping or runningofff from there parents during drop off or pick up and running out onto the road is actually scary. there is no parking what so ever now Due to neighbouring businesses a child care centre on this corner would just call for more accidents and more traffic that is not needed as us locals already suffer. Please consider us locals and please don't put the up coming generation at risk.
