Section 4.55 (2) modification of consent to increase the capacity of the licensed cafe/ gourmet sandwich shop 'Joseph Hyde cafe' from 26 persons to 56 persons.Proposed changes include an amendment to Condition 6M(a) to provide 16 seats internally and 40 seats at outdoor tables. Additional changes include deletion of Condition 6B(b) (patrons to have an allocated seat) and an amendment to Condition 4(d) (footway seating).
