This address has already built a dual occupancy on the block, I suppose this is the next step, but curious if this properties sewer vents were supposed to be on public land in the bardwell valley parklands behind and beside it. You can clearly see them from the prime ministers walk

I also noticed the sewer vents situated quite some distance from the property border-line and constructed on the public B.V parklands. Can the council shed some light on this & is it legal?
