Would council consider upgrading withers first and then recover the section 94 payment after the developers start building. Or council could place s condition where the developer has to complete the roadworks first before building commences
Adding another 140 units with the anticipated associated extra vehicle movement will significantly add to the already congested intersection
Can’t jeep adding people without significantly upgrading the withers and hezlett and withers and Barry intersections
