Amended to allow the following: - Deletion of one (1) dwelling fr:m the northern row of townhouses, resulting in a total of eleven (11) dwellings; - Incorporation of lift access to all townhouses within the northern row; - Cantilever of Level 1 and levels above over the central driveway; - Deletion of the "sky terraces" at Level 2; - Provision of roof terraces to the southern row of townhouses; - Provision of a landscaped pedestrian entry along the laneway to the northern row of townhouses; and - Consequential reconfiguration of the floor layout for each townhouse.
