The proposed development will back directly onto my Townhouse in Ramsgate Park. I would hope they don't get to build right up to the fence line, blocking all of our sun, and being able to look directly into our backyards. Not sure why they need to go to 4 levels for a storage business. I'm opposed to this development and hope the residents of Ramsgate park are considered.
