I’d like to understand a little more about the “mixed use” the building will have. Also, I object to a reduction in car parking as this area is already used as a park and ride location for CBD commuters this making it very difficult for locals to find a park. The McPeake painting and building business currently occupying the building in question are notorious for illegally parking their dozens of vehicles around the area creating a safety hazard for local residents. A further reduction will add to this hazard.
