APPLICATION BEEN RE-NOTIFIED FOLLOWING SUBMISSION TO COUNCIL OF AMENDED PLANS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS. Changes include: - the entrance to the end of trip facilities will be provided via a single entry point adjacent to the loading area and mesh is provided to the edges of the end of trip facilities. - reduced number of bike parking spaces (68). - existing louvers on the facade of the building facing Pirrama Road are proposed to be changed to “motorised glazed louvers” to improve the internal amenity of the lobby. - the cafe within the lobby is proposed to use mechanical exhaust for cooking. Existing exhaust points at the roof level that were installed at the time the building was constructed but never activated are proposed to be used. The original proposal involves: Additional end of trip facilities, changes to lobby entrance and upgrades to the facade including replacement of the existing awning and additional signage. Internal works to an existing cafe.
