Dumping of Soil on the site is in excess of 1.5 meters. This is not in accordance with CDC rules and does not have a DA from Willoughby council. Council should be aware of this and ask the owners to remove fill and ensure land is at previous original levels.

If a house is built on the soil currently on this site it will be much higher than any of the adjoining houses, will ruin the streetscape and will overshadow everything else in the area. Any building built on this site should have the same levels as the other buildings in the street.
