Too many dwellings for a street that is already congested as a major way into Macedon square.
Not enough street parking available to support these dwellings let alone during the construction period.
Construction traffic will also disrupt this major entry road into the square

5 dwellings on 745sqm? I don’t think so. They will be living like sardines, not to mention the parking situation. How many car spaces per dwelling? They will take up street parking and create more traffic in this street which is already congested and potentially dangerous.

So how do the new rules for 35 square metres of outdoor space for each unit apply here? There is this aberration on our small street where 5 units were built on 743sm, but this was before the new planning rules applied. Can the Council reply please?

Wow that is crazy. Macedon rd is so congested and this will just add more traffic / cars in the street. Agree properties will be congested
