As a concerned citizen, I am extremely happy for the people in Kogarah Bay that this application has come in. I would like to know if the neighbouring property at29 Mayor St will also be demolished. It is in a similar uninhabitable condition as number 27 and I worry that as well as being unattractive and potentially dangerous to the neighbours, I fell as if this dwelling must be demolished in order for the duplexes to be sold/leased at a good price (if this developer is going to sell one or both duplexes).
This beautiful corner site has so much potential and id hate to see it stay how it is while the adjoining block is redeveloped.
    Thanks
