I wish to object to the above proposal
Over development of the property has two street frontages. Fleet Street has the current street setback, but Cumberland street is to be used as the main entrance.(with no street setback). Which is the primary frontage.
Overshadowing of the neighbours I find to be unreasonable especially when there are existing solar panels on the roof.
There are 10 rooms proposed with only 5 car spaces. Parking is difficult in Fleet street
Entrance to rooms is via a rear walkway which give me vision of a motel not housing. Entrances to rooms also overlook 7 Fleet Street

I wish to object to the above proposal as building and balconies are very close to Cumberland street and not set back enough. Not enough parking is provided for the 10 occupants. The building also over shadows the neighbour’s house to a large degree.
