The original demolition plans did not show the full outcome of what the new proposed property is expected to be, it is instead being approved by Private Certifiers one by one. The proposed swimming pool may be sent through planning alerts, but how big the property? 1 storey? 2 storey? There is not enough information here. It seems to be a really dodgy way of sending a development application through.

Could there be more clarifications, this development is not clear. Please don't let more of this type of development go through. Where is the transparency ? All documents should e shown. Its not fair that you cannot know what is being done and its too late after the fact.

To Ann and Cameron,
As far as I can remember the application did at one point display information in regards to what was going to 'eventually' be built here. I am not 100% certain but from memory it will become a display home. Most likely two storey and the land will be excavated to have a driveway going up to the ground floor.
I think there is an issue with planningalerts' websites at the moment as I have looked at many applications and they also fail to show any further information.
Hope this helps
