Existing outdoor hours of operation are between 8.00am and 12.00 midnight, 7 days per week; with extended trial outdoor hours between 12.00 midnight and 2.00am the following day, on Sundays to Wednesdays inclusive; between 12.00 midnight and 5.00am the following day, on Thursdays to Saturdays inclusive; and on days of major events (maximum of 10 in a calendar year) such as New Year's Eve, Australia Day and on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays of the Queen's Birthday long weekend.
