Section 4.55(2) modification of consent for partial demolition of the warehouse at 1 Crown Lane and construction of a 6 storey mixed used building comprising ground floor retail, servicing and bicycle parking, 16 residential apartments on upper levels, communal open space on rooftop and Level 1 and an office on Level 1. Proposed changes are to reconfigure the ground and mezzanine level retail tenancy to provide acceptable flood planning levels and to increase the height of the building by 500mm to provide BCA compliant floor to ceiling heights to the mezzanine level and associated modifications to the deferred commencement conditions of consent.
