Construction and refurbishment of industrial building Integrated Development - Construction of three (3) storey commercial building (Building C) comprising light industrial units, associated ancillary offices and ancillary basement storage; refurbishment of existing commercial buildings A and B to include indoor recreation facilities, child care centre, food and drink premises, light industrial units with ancillary office space, industrial retail outlets and neighbourhood shops; provision of car parking and landscaping. The application is considered as INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT in accordance with Section 91A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and requires the concurrence of the Water NSW under the Water Management Act 2000 as the works on the subject site are proposed to enter the groundwater. The proposal is also considered 'regional development' under State Environmental Planning Policy (State & Regional Development) 2011 as the development has a capital investment value of more than $20 million.
