Good afternoon
I am on the for the Body Corporate committee for this building. I am surprised by the statement in this application that Body Corporate Approval is not required.
1. Why would Body Corporate approval NOT be required?
2. From an insurance point of view who insurers this structure? If the Body Corporate isn't aware of it how can it be insured.
3. Utility services for this building are divided across all 19 units as units are not individually metered. This room has a kitchen, toilet and bathroom facilities. How can this NOT involve the Body Corporate?
This development affects EVERY owner in one way or another so I would appreciate an explanation as to how Body Corporate approval is not required.
