It’s a conservation area with no opportunity to knockdown and rebuild. They can extend like everyone else does or remove cape cod extension and revert back to single story dwelling. Their plans show removal of driveway and replacement with double storey dwelling very close to boundary fence and as a result house next door. Existing gap of 3m to fence should be maintained.
