Renotification: Use of Pyrmont Bay Park for a ‘community market’ on the first Sunday of each month, and associated temporary structures with a maximum capacity of 95 market stalls. The market will be held from 9.00am to 2.00pm with bump-in of structures occurring from 6.00am to 9.00am and bump out from 2.00pm to 4.00pm the same day. Metcalfe Park is to be used as an alternative location in instances when Pyrmont Bay Park is unavailable.

    I'd use this market, would be a nice Sunday morning use of the park. Wouldn't impact big usages of the park (it's mostly used Weekday lunchtimes). I'm in support.
