Section 4.55(2) modification to amend condition 7(c) to continue the trial trading hours of the licensed premises is known as the Terminus Hotel. The proposed hours of operation are; Internally 11.00am –12.00am, Monday to Sunday and externally 11.00am –10.00pm, Monday to Sunday. The proposed hours are the same as the current trial hours. The modification also seeks to amend condition 13(a) to limit the required security guards Thurs to Sat after 8pm. The premises have a capacity for 320 patrons.
