Dear Bayside council,
objection on the following grounds
1 on the crest of a hill on bay st, poor access especially from bay st / Chapel lane.
2 control of noise during day and special events over weekend and nights.
3 disposable nappy waste of commercial quantities should not mixed with residential waste.
4 these properties were sold for residential use with a commercial area for cafes and general shops, child care centres should not be included. At present they are all the rage as they are subsidised by the government that can cause abuse of regulation such as enrolment irregularities/overcrowding/noise etc.
5 heavy traffic use during drop off and pick up in a restricted car park space that has not been purpose built. High sided SUVs and little kids do not mix.
no donation made to councillor or council employee.
