1. This design is totally out of character for the street, its way to top heavy and looks like a concrete jungle. If changes could be made to the front and set back a bit it would be much better, to soften the boxy look of the design

2. it is too high and boxy, it doesn't look proportion to the rest of streetscape.

3. I acknowledge what Ann is talking about, however this 'boxy design' is just the trend that has taken off. I personally love this homes design and with its rounded rear facade I think it is incredibly unique and I can only imagine it has been designed to perfectly suit a wonderful family who love to entertain and take their boat out on the water. My only concern is the cost estimate for the construction of this residence seems way to low for a home of this quality.

4. This construction is not conducive to the street or landscape. It is too large, too high and too wide. There are no gardens or landscaping to suit the style of the street. The house is far too large for the intended block and and style of the street. Can people please be aware & respectful of their surroundings when deciding to build
