Service spaces and amenities are located on the basement and ground floor levels. The accommodation rooms of the hotel are to operate 24 hours per day Monday to Sunday, inclusive and will occupy Levels 1 - 4. The Hotel Bar is proposed to trade between 6.00am and 10.00pm Sunday to Wednesday, inclusive and between 6.00am and 12.00am (midnight) Thursday to Saturday, inclusive. The fitout and operation of the commercial and restaurant tenancies do not form part of this proposal and will be subject to a separate approval process.
