The Hotel Bar is proposed to trade between 6.00am and 10.00pm Sunday to Wednesday, inclusive and between 6.00am and 12.00am (midnight) Thursday to Saturday, inclusive. The fitout and operation of the commercial and restaurant tenancies do not form part of this proposal and will be subject to a separate approval process.
